摘　　要：建设学习型政党是党的建设的重要创新,建设学习型党组织是建设学习型政党的基础工程。无论是建设学习型政党,还是建设学习型党组织,都必须提升党组织学习能力。加强党组织学习能力建设是中国共产党"以学资政"的前提和基础,是"以学兴党"的必然要求,也是"以学强国"的紧迫任务。nTo construct a learning Party is an important innovation of the Party＇s construction, and building a learning Party organiza-tion is the basis of lesiming - oriented Party. Building a learning Party, or building learning Party organization, must improve the organ-izational learning ability. To improve the Party organization learning ability is the premise and foundation to improve the ruling ability of the Chinese Communist Party, and is the inevitable requirement to make the Party thrive, or the urgent task to make the country strong.
