摘　　要：应用型本科院校需要一种既能指导实践教学,又能持续改进质量与追求卓越的模式。拟以工商管理类专业实践教学为背景,从"领导三元"和"结果三元"出发,设计基于卓越绩效的实践教学管理模式。应从发挥领导作用、完善实践教学管理制度、加强过程管理、提高教师能力与水平、建立跨部门三级监控中心等方面形成规范、高效的实践教学质量管理体系。The applied undergraduate college needs a model that can not only instruct the teaching practice but also continuously im-prove the quality and the pursuit of excellence. In the context of business administration professional practice, from ＂the leaders of three elements” and “the results of three elements” , design the practice teaching management model based on excellent performance. Colleges can apply the excellent performance model, from taking the leadership role, perfecting the practice of teaching management system, strengthening process management, improving teachers＇ ability and level, and establishing a three - level monitoring center across departments to form a standardized and efficient practice teaching quality management system.
