云南彝族传统村落的保护和利用研究

摘　　要：彝族传统村落数量众多,展现了丰富的文化内涵,对其保护和利用进行研究具有重要的现实意义。云南彝族传统村落的保护和利用中存在着保护意识不强、旅游开发不当、申报积极性下降、村落日益空心化、保护资金渠道不畅、借助外力改造效果不尽如人意等问题。必须提高认识,遵循传统村落保护和利用的正确原则,处理好旅游业发展与村落保护的关系,发挥法治的保障作用,多渠道筹措资金,推进云南彝族传统村落的保护和利用工作的开展。The Yi nationality,s traditional villages are numerous with the rich cultural connotation,and the study of their pro-tection and utilization has important practical significance. The protection and utilization of Yi nationality＇s traditional villages in Yunnan have the problems of insufficient protection consciousness,improper tourism development,declining enthusiasm for repor-ting, increasingly hollowing out of villages,poor protection of funds channels,and lack of satisfactory results by means of external transformation. In order to promote the development of the protection and utilization of Yi nationality＇ s traditional villages in Yun-nan, we must raise awareness,follow the correct principles of the protection and utilization of traditional villages,handle the rela-tionship between the development of tourism and the protection of the village,and raise funds through various channels.
