摘  要:目的:观察分析神经节苷脂与高压氧联合治疗新生儿缺血缺氧性脑病(HIE)的效果。方法:选取2015年1月-2016年12月于本院就诊的缺血缺氧性脑病新生儿96例,采用数字随机法,将患儿分为单一组与联合组,每组48例,两组患儿均接受常规治疗,单一组患儿给予高压氧治疗,联合组患儿在此基础之上联合神经节苷脂治疗,对比两组患儿的治疗效果。结果:联合组患儿的治疗总有效率为93.75%,显著高于单一组的77.08%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);联合组患儿的意识、反射、肌张力恢复时间、惊厥停止时间分别为(3.27±0.83)、(9.12±1.46)、(7.67±1.17)、(4.17±1.12)d,均短于单一组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前,两组患儿的NBNA评分、NSE水平比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后联合组患儿的NBNA评分高于单一组,血清NSE水平低于单一组,两组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:神经节苷脂与高压氧联合治疗能够有效缩短缺血缺氧性脑病患儿的治疗时间,临床疗效显著,具有临床推广使用价值。Objective: To observe the therapeutic effect of Gnglioside combined with hyperbaric oxygen in the treatment of neonatal hypoxie-ischemie encephalopathy ( HIE ) .Method: From January 2015 to December 2016, 96 eases with neonatal hypoxie isehemie encephalopathy in our hospital were selected and divided into single group and combination group according to the random number table method, 48 cases in each group.All cases was treated by routine treatment, the single group was given hyperbaric oxygen treatment, while the combined group were given Ganglioside on the basis of joint treatment, compared the therapeutic effect of two groups. Result: The total effective rate of the combined group ( 93.75% ) was higher than that of the single group ( 77.08% ), the difference was statistic significant (P〈0.05) .The recovery time of consciousness, reflex, muscular tension convulsion stop of the combined group were ( 3.27 ± 0.83 ), ( 9.12 ± 1.46 ), ( 7.67 ± 1.17 ) and ( 4.17 ± 1.12 ) d, which were all shorter than those of the single group, the differences were all statistic significant ( P〈0.05 ) .Before the treatment, NSE level and NBNA score of two groups had no significant difference ( P〉0.05 ), after the treatment, NBNA score of the combined group was higher than that of single group, the level of NSE was lower than that of the single group, the differences were statistic significant ( P〈0.05 ) .Conclusion: Ganglioside combined with hyperbaric oxygen can effectively shorten the treatment time of ischemic hypoxic encephalopathy in children, the clinical curative effect is remarkable, has clinical application value.
