摘　　要：青少年教育问题的出现与家庭教育的健全紧密相关,如何处理好农民工回流对健全家庭教育以及解决青少年教育问题有着重要意义。以凯里市凯棠乡梅香村为例,分析青少年教育问题的形成原因,总结梅香村处理农民工回流与青少年教育问题的经验,促使更好地改善青少年教育问题。The rise in the problem of youth education and family education of sound are closely related, how to deal with the migrant workers return to improve family education,and solve the problem of youth education has important significance.In Kaili Kaitang township meixiang village as-an example, analyzing the reasons for the formation of adolescent education problem, summarize the meixiang village deals with the problem of migrant workers backflow and adolescent education experience, excellent prompt measures to better show in social environment, improve adolescent education problem.
