肿瘤门诊葡萄胎患者HCG复查表的设计与应用

摘　　要：目的观察人绒毛膜促性腺激素(HCG)复查表在肿瘤门诊葡萄胎患者随访中的应用效果。方法选取我院住院葡萄胎清除后在肿瘤门诊随访患者100例,随机分为研究组50例和观察组50例。研究组在肿瘤门诊使用HCG复查表进行随访;对照组通过健康教育、指导患者在肿瘤门诊随访。结果研究组葡萄胎患者按时复诊率达96%、按时完成随访计划的患者数48例,HCG复查结果的缺失0例;对照组葡萄胎患者按时复诊率86%、按时完成随访计划的患者数41例,HCG复查结果的缺失11例,差异均有显著意义(P<0.05)。结论HCG复查表应用于肿瘤门诊葡萄胎的复查,可提高患者复诊率,保证复诊质量,提高患者满意度,效果显著。Objective To observe the clinical application of HCG review table in the follow-up of hydatidiform mole in cancer clinic.Methods 100 patients in our hospital were randomly divided into study group （n=50） and observation group （n=50）.Patients in the study group were followed up in the outpatient clinic with HCG review, while the control group was followed up by health education and guidance to the patients in the oncology clinic.Results the study group patients with hydatidiform mole timely referral rate was 96%, 48 patients completed a number of follow-up plan on time, review the results of the lack of HCG 0; the control group in patients with hydatidiform mole timely referral rate of 86%, 41 people completed the number of patients with follow-up plan on time, review the results of HCG loss of 11 people, the difference was significant （P〈0.05）.Conclusion HCG review table should be used in the diagnosis of hydatidiform mole in tumor clinic, which can improve the rate of return visit, ensure the quality of follow-up, and improve the satisfaction of patients.
