摘 要:针对传统测量物体挠度/位移方法的准确率低、误差率高,提出了激光扫描图像挠度/位移测量方法。首先对激光光斑图像进行预处理,通过色彩识别和阈值判定去除激光的衍射和散射,采用重心法调整光斑的灰度值,求解出激光束中心,然后根据多条激光束中心线与物体截面不同倾角和曲率值,采用最小二乘法拟合连续光滑的挠度曲线,测量得出更可靠的挠度值,最后试验结果表明,本文方法能够实现对物体挠度/位移更精确的测量。The traditional methods of deflection and displacement measurement with a dial indicator measuring method, electronic theodolite measurement method, these methods of object displacement measurement by manpower, the operation is simple. But in the actual measurement, the use of inconvenience, the accuracy of the measurement is low, the error rate is high. In this paper a laser scanning image deflection and displacement measuring method im- provement of, in the laser beam to scan the object. For the laser spot image pre processing through color identification and threshold decision removal by laser diffraction and scattering, using center of gravity method to adjust the gray val- ue, so as to solve the center of the laser beam. According to the different angle and the curvature of the center line of the laser beam, the least square method is used to fit the curve of the continuous smooth curve. Experiments show that this method can achieve more accurate measurement of the deflection and displacement of the object.
