头针电刺激合康复训练治疗小脑卒中共济失调临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察头针电刺激联合康复训练治疗小脑卒中共济失调的疗效。方法:将140例小脑卒中共济失调患者按随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组各70例,对照组给予基本康复训练,观察组在对照组基础上加用头针电刺激,每天1次,10次1个疗程,共治疗3个疗程。治疗前后采用世界神经病联合会国际合作共济失调量表(ICARS)、Berg平衡量表(BBS)、Barthel指数(BI)及并发症进行评定。结果:2组治疗后ICARS、BBS与Barthel评分均明显优于治疗前,且观察组改善程度优于对照组;观察组有效率及减少并发症发生率方面均优于对照组。结论:头针电刺激联合康复训练治疗小脑卒中共济失调能明显改善共济失调症状,促进患者平衡能力与日常生活能力的提高,减少并发症的发生。Objective： To observe the clinical effect of scalp acupuncture electro-stimulation combined with rehabilitation in the treatment of cerebellar ataxia stroke. Methods ： 140 patients with cerebellar ataxia stroke were randomly assigned to observation group and control group,70 cases in each group. In the control group, regular rehabilitation were applied. In the observation group, scalp acupuncture with electronic stimulation and the same therapies as the control group were used for 3 courses（once a day,10 times a course）. International cooperative ataxia rating scale（ICARS） and （Berg Balance Scale, BBS） and Barthel Index （BI） were observed before and after treatment in two groups. Results： After treatment, the scores of ICARS, BBS and BI were improved apparently,with better results in the observation group. The effective rate and complication rate in the observation group is superior to that in the control group. Conclusion： The scalp acupuncture electro-stimulation combined with rehabilitation in the treatment of cerebellar ataxia stroke can alleviate the masonic disorders, improve balance and daily life function and reduce the complication occurrence.
