基于BP神经网络的高校图书馆馆员隐性知识评价方法研究

摘　　要：评价高校图书馆馆员隐性知识能力对提高读者服务质量、推动和促进图书馆事业不断发展具有重要意义。阐述高校图书馆隐性知识的内涵及其高校图书馆馆员隐性知识评价的意义,依据现有对高校图书馆馆员隐性知识的探索,总结出高校图书馆馆员的隐性知识评价指标体系,在此基础上介绍采用BP神经网络模型对馆员隐性知识能力评价的应用方法和步骤,最后分析了此方法评价的优点以及存在的问题,以期为后续研究提供帮助。The evaluation of university Librarians＇ tacit knowledge have played important role on improving theservice quality and promoting the continuous development of the university library. This paper briefly describesthe meaning Jniversity Library tacit knowledge and the significance of the evaluation of University Librarians＇tacit knowledge. According to present research on University Librarians＇ tacit knowledge , summed up the eval-uation system of University Librarians＇ tacit knowledge. On this basis, this paper introduce application methodsand steps of the evaluation of University Librarians＇ tacit knowledge using BP neural network model. Finallythis paper indicates the advantages of evaluation method of and the existing problems to provide help for furtherresearch.
