摘　　要：我国改革开放事业推进30余年来,国民经济建设发展事业始终处于快速而稳定的增长路径之中,中小企业的成长发展为我国现代国民经济的持续稳定发展做出了重要贡献。围绕中小企业的增长贡献与创新能力提升策略问题展开了简要阐释。Since our country has implemented reform and opening for more than 30 years, the national economic construction and development business has been growing in a rapid and steady way. In this process, the growth of small and medium-sized enterprises for the development has made an important contribution to the sustained and stable development for modem national economy. This article makes a study on how to improve growth contribution and innovation ability of small and medium-sized enterprises.
