摘　　要：培养应用型创新人才是当前各高校的主要发展方向,实践教学是实现应用型创新人才的具体环节。通过对实践教学对应用型创新人才培养的作用进行分析,阐述了实践教学体系的相关内容,提出了紧密结合学生发展需要、深化实践教学体系内涵建设人才实践的观点,希望相关的研究结果能够对人才的培养,以及人才的创业实践起到积极的促进作用。Cultivating applied innovative talents is the main development direction for universities, and practice teaching is the concrete link for cultivating applied innovative talents. In this regard, this paper makes an analysis on the role of practical teaching in training applied innovative talents, expounds the relevant contents on practice teaching system, and puts forward some opinions on talent practice like closely connecting students＇ development requests and deepening the connotation construction of practical teaching system. It is hopeful that the relevant research results can play a positive role in promoting talent cultivation and innovative practice.
