校园文化建设在大学生思想政治教育中的指引作用

摘　　要：校园文化是源于社会文化的一种群体文化,以校园精神文化建设为核心,以校园制度文化建设为保障,以校园物质文化建设为基础,并因其具有独特的价值导向、行为规范、凝聚激励等功能成为了完善大学生思想政治教育的必然选择。通过围绕校园文化建设的内涵、功能、弊端,以及与大学生思想政治教育的关系等问题,分析了校园文化建设在大学生思想政治教育中的指引作用。Campus culture is a kind of group culture originated from the social culture with the construction of campus spiritual culture as the core, the system culture construction as the guarantee, the material culture construction as the basis. The construction of campus culture has become the necessary choice to perfect the ideological and political education due to its unique functions such as value orientation, behavior norms, cohesion inspiring and so on. This paper analyzes the guidance function of ideological and political education in the campus culture construction concerning the questions like the connotation, features, shortcomings of campus culture construction and its relationship with the ideological and political education for college students.
