猪苓多糖降血脂抗大鼠酒精性脂肪肝的药理实验研究

摘　　要：目的探究猪苓多糖降血脂在抗大鼠酒精脂肪肝中的药理作用。方法选取64只酒精性脂肪肝SD大鼠进行实验,使用白酒灌服以及高脂高热量饲喂的方式建立酒精性脂肪肝的大鼠模型,并将其均分为两组:对照组(东宝肝泰治疗)、观察组(猪苓多糖治疗),同时选取32只正常的SD大鼠作为空白对照组,观察各组SD大鼠的临床指标变化(高密度脂蛋白-胆固醇HDL-C,低密度脂蛋白-胆固醇LDL-C,肝脏指数,甘油三酯TG等)。结果对照组、观察组各指标均高于空白对照组(P<0.05),观察组对SD大鼠的HDL-C、LDL-C指标水平改善不明显,对肝脏指数、TC、TG指标改善均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论猪苓多糖降血脂在抗SD大鼠酒精脂肪肝具有明显的作用效果。Objective to investigate pharmacological effect ofhypolipidemic polyporus polysaccharide for alcoholic fatty liver of rats. Methods choose 64 cases alcoholic fatty liver SD rats for experiment, liquor filling and suit and high-fat high-calorie feeding way to establish a rat model of alcoholic fatty liver.divide them into two groups： control group （treated with Dongbao Gantai） and observation group （with polyporus polysaccharide）, and choose 32 cases normal SD rats as blank control group, observe changes of clinical indicators （ High density lipoprotein cholesterol, HDL - C, low density lipoprotein LDL cholesterol - C, liver index, triglycerides TG, etc ） of each group of SD rats. Results all indicators of control and observation group were higher than blank control group （P〈 0.05）. HDL-C, LDL-C index level of SD rats in observation group showed no obvious improvement, and liver index, TC, TG index changes were better than control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion hypolipidemic polyporus polysaccharide has obvious effect for alcohol fatty liver of SD rats.
