摘  要:脊柱融合术是目前多种脊柱疾病的治疗手段之一.为达融合目的,自体髂骨植骨是当前金标准.植骨可分为结构性植骨与非结构性植骨.半椎板切除、髓核摘除等有限神经减压术式为非融合术,更广泛减压融合术可即保持脊柱结构相对完整,且融合必要脊柱节段.有多种替代当前金标准方案.传统观点认为,若无骨融合,内固定终会失效.我们对骨生理学研究现状、临床植骨治疗策略进行综述.The use of bone grafts to stimulate bone formation has been utilized treating spine disorders for centuries.The autograft remains the'gold standard'because it remains the only graft material of three graft properties.Bone graft can be defined as structural or nonstructural.Half lamina excision and removal of nucleus pulposus limited nerve decompression surgery for the fusion,more extensive decompression fusion but maintain spinal structure is relatively intact,and fusion necessary spinal segment.There are some substituted algorithms for spine fusion.Despite significant advances in spinal instrumentation technology and surgical techniques,without solid bony fusion,all spinal instrumentation will eventually fail.Bone formation biology and recent innovations were evaluated in this article.
