摘　　要：探讨在医疗行业如何利用APP、微信、支付宝等信息化手段,为患者提供更加方便、快捷的诊疗服务,提升医院服务水平,这也是医院移动医疗系统的主要课题。利用云平台和院内DMZ区域,保证内外网信息的安全存储和数据传输。通过院内系统和流程改造,实现各系统间的数据标准化及互联互通,改善门诊流程,缩短患者等候时间,提高患者满意度,实现患者就诊ID的唯一性,实现更精准的诊疗模式。开通微信公众号、支付宝服务窗及医院APP,实现利用手机终端完成挂号、查询、缴费等操作,并逐步推广医生端和管理端功能,为下一步开展医生随访等业务打下基础。To investigate how to use the informatization means such as the APP, WeChat and alipay, so as to provide more convenient and fast diagnosis and treatment services for patients and improve medical service level, this is also the main topics of the hospital mobile medical system. With the application of the cloud platform and DMZ within hospital, ensure the safety of internal and external network information storage and data transmission. Through the hospital system and process reform, to realize the data standardization and the connectivity between each system, improve the outpatient service process, shorten the patient waiting time, improve patient satisfaction, realize the uniqueness of ID to the patient, so as to achieve more accurate diagnosis model. To opening WeChat public number, alipay service window and hospitalized APP, to realize behaviors such as registration, query and pay cost through mobile phone terminal and gradually promote the function of doctor terminal and management terminal, lays the foundation for the next step to carry out the follow-up of doctors.
