摘　　要：中国南方冬作区马铃薯市场形势对全年的马铃薯市场具有较大影响。通过实地调研,总结出面积减少、走货不畅、价格坚挺、分级精细、差异明显等是2017年初南方冬作区马铃薯生产和市场的特点;对成本居高不下、市场空间受压、病害频繁发生等问题及其成因进行了分析,进而提出了加大国内外市场开发力度、加强小型适用机械的推广、提升优质种薯供应能力、加强病害防控能力、推广马铃薯自然灾害政策性保险等对策建议。The market situation of winter cropping potato in South China has a great influence on the potato market situation for the whole year. Through spot investigation, production and market characteristics of winter cropping potato in South China in the beginning of 2017 has been summarized, including area reduction, the difficult selling of potato, high price, detailed classification and obvious differences. All the problems such as high production cost, squeezed market space, frequent occurrence of diseases, and the cause of problems have been analyzed. Lastly, some countermeasures and suggestions were proposed, such as strengthening market expanding at home and abroad, intensifying the spreading of small applicable machinery, improving the supply capacity of high quality seed potato, increasing the controlling capability of disease, expanding policy-related insurance on potato natural disasters and so on.
