摘 要:目的:探讨软骨分化的间充质干细胞对颞下颌关节炎软骨修复的影响。方法:将诱导出骨关节炎模型4周后的新西兰白兔46只,关节内分别注射hylartin溶液(安慰剂组,A组)、非软骨分化的间充质干细胞(B组)、软骨分化的间充质干细胞(C组)。注射后的4、12、24周观察软骨的组织学变化。结果:与第4周相比,术后第12周软骨分化间充质干细胞组的软骨分化有较好的组织学表现,但这一差别在第24周时变小。术后第4周,可在软骨及关节囊中检测到注射的细胞。结论:关节腔内注射间充质干细胞可延缓颞下颌关节炎软骨病变的进展,且体外软骨向诱导的间充质干细胞可在更大程度上提高其治疗效果。Objective: This study investigated the effects of chondrogenic differentiated mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) on cartilage in temporomandibular joint osteoarthritis(TMJOA) in vitro. Methods : Four weeks after induction of osteoarthritis(OA) ,the joints received hylartin solution, non-chondrogenic MSCs or in vitro chondrogenie differentiated MSCs. The changes in cartilage were evaluated by histology, reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction. Results:The differentia- ted MSC-treated group had better histology than the MSC-treated group at 4 and 12 weeks, but with no difference at 24 weeks. Transplanted cells were observed at cartilage and the synovial membrane lining at 4 weeks. Conclusion:Intraarticular injection of MSCs could delay the progression of TMJOA,and in vitro chondrogenic induction of MSCs could enhance the therapeutic effects.
