雅皓和新消感对固定矫治中牙龈炎症的作用

摘　　要：目的:比较雅皓和新消感辅助控制固定矫治患者牙龈炎的效果。方法:选取固定矫治中出现牙龈炎的患者56例,行牙周洁治后,随机分为3组,分别使用新消感、雅皓和普通牙膏刷牙,比较三组患者的牙龈指数(GI)、菌斑指数(PLI)、龈沟出血指数(SBI)和牙石指数(CI)。结果:实验开始1、3和6个月后,新消感组和雅皓组的GI、PLI、SBI和CI值明显下降,效果优于普通牙膏对照组(P<0.05);实验1个月后雅皓组和新消感组之间,SBI和PLI无明显差异,但新消感组的CI值低于雅皓组(P<0.05)。实验开始3、6个月后,雅皓组GI值低于新消感组(P<0.05)。结论:雅皓和新消感均能有效固定矫治患者减轻牙龈炎症,雅皓减少牙龈的肿胀和新消感减少牙石生成效果显著。Objective： To evaluate the effects of Yahao Cream and Xinxiaogan in treating gingivitis during fixed orthodontic treatment. Methods：Fifty-six patients with gingivitis undergoing orthodontic treatment with fixed appliances were randomly divided into three groups ： Dingpeng cream,Xinxiaogan and commom tooth paste that were utilized to brush teeth, respectively. The gingival index （ GI）, plaque index （ PLI）, sulcus bleeding index （ SBI ） and calculus index （CI） were recorded. Results：After 1,3,6 months treatment, the GI, PLI, SBI and CI in Dingpeng cream and Xin xiaogan group showed significant- ly more reduction compared to the control group （P 〈 0.05 ）. Although the SBI, PLI in Dingpeng cream and Xinxiaogan group had no significant difference at 1 month, the CI of Xinxiaogan group decreased compared to Dingpeng cream group （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. At 3 and 6 months, the GI of Dingpeng cream group decreased compared to Xinxiaogan group. Conclusion： Both Dingpeng cream and Xinxiaogan can significantly reduce the gingival inflammation in fixed orthodontics. Dingpeng cream can be more efficient in reducing the gingival swelling, bleeding and hypertrophy ,while Xinxiaogan in inhibiting calculus formation.
