摘  要:在实际生活中,由于时间原因,长期使用的设备会逐渐产生微小误差,这对许多大型设备,尤其需要高精度测量的设备产生了越来越大的影响,本文以储油罐的变位识别与罐容表标定为例,解决并分析微小变化所带来的影响。文中采用各种线、面的积分求出所需测量的储油量体积,将大量计算交由计算机完成,建立了一个较为宏观合理的应用数学模型,并根据实验数据得出变位后的罐容表函数,从而解决微小误差宏观化的相关问题。In the actual life, the equipments after long-time use might generate micro-error, which has a bigger and bigger impact on the large scale equipments, especially the equipments require high-accuracy.This paper is to solve and analyze the impact caused by the micro-error, by taking the deflection recognition of the oil tank and the calibration of tank capacity scale as an example.In the paper, the oil tank capacity, which is supposed to be measured, is worked out by using the integration of various lines and surfaces.The task of massive calculation is given to the computer.A more logical applied mathematical model is established at the macro level, and the experimental data is put in, so as to work out the function of the tank capacity scale after the deflection, thereby to solve the problems related to making the micro-error macroscopic.
