ILK在眼睑结膜鳞状细胞癌中的表达及其临床意义

摘　　要：目的研究整合素连接激酶(itegrin-linkedkinase,ILK)在眼睑结膜鳞状细胞癌中的表达及其与眼睑结膜鳞状细胞癌的分化程度的关系和相关性,探讨其在眼睑结膜鳞状细胞癌发生发展中的作用和临床意义。方法采用免疫组化Eli Vision法染色对34例眼睑结膜鳞状细胞癌和10例癌旁正常组织标本进行ILK标记观察并分析表达情况。结果 ILK蛋白在眼睑结膜鳞状细胞癌组织、癌旁正常眼睑结膜组织中的表达阳性率分别为73.53%(25/34),0.00%(0/10),蛋白在眼睑结膜鳞状细胞癌组织的表达明显高于癌旁正常眼睑结膜组织,差别有显著性(P=0.000,P<0.01)。ILK在眼睑结膜鳞状细胞癌23例高-中分化组中,有14例表达阳性,在11例低分化组中全部表达阳性,两者间有显著性差别(P=0.017,P<0.05)。结论检测ILK在眼睑结膜鳞状细胞癌组织中的表达明显高于癌旁正常眼睑结膜组织,提示ILK蛋白的表达可能与眼睑结膜鳞状细胞癌的发生有关;表达与肿瘤分化程度密切相关,提示可能与眼睑结膜鳞状细胞癌的发展及恶性潜能有关。Objective To investigate the expression of integrin-linked kinase （ ILK ） in squamous cell carcinoma of the eyelid and conjunctiva and the degree of differentiation. And to explore the clinical significance and effect in the development of squamous cell carcinoma of the eyelid and conjunctiva. Methods Immunohistochemical staining for EliVision staining was performed in 34 cases of squamons cell carcinoma of eyelid and conjunctiva and normal tissues of adjacent tissues in 10 cases with ILK markers. Results ILK in squamous cell carcinoma of the eyelid and conjunctiva and the corresponding adjacent and normal tissues were 73.53 %（25 / 34）, 0.00%（0 / 10）, the expression of ILK protein in cancer group was significantly higher than the adjacent and normal group （P=0.000, P〈0.01）. In 23 cases of high-moderate differential expressing, 14 patients got positive, and in 11 cases of low differential expressing, all cases of got positive. The difference was significant（P=0.017, P〈0.05）. Conclusions ILK was expressed high in squamous cell carcinoma of the eyelid and conjunetiva, but shows little expression in the corresponding adjacent and normal tissues of the eyelid and conjunctiva. There was a positive correlation between the expression of ILK and the tumor pathological grade ,which could be marker of tumor and to evaluate prognosis in squamous cell carcinoma of the eyelid and coniunctiva.
