曲安奈德联合川芎嗪注射液对前部缺血性视神经病变患者视野改善及生活质量的影响

摘　　要：目的分析曲安奈德联合川芎嗪注射液对前部缺血性视神经病变患者视野改善及生活质量的影响。方法采用随机平行对照法将我院2015年1月-2016年2月期间109例前部缺血性视神经病变患者,依据治疗方法不同分为对照组54例,及观察组55例,对照组患者给予曲安奈德治疗,观察组患者在对照组基础上增加川穹嗪注射液治疗,观察两组患者治疗后视力、视野及生活质量的改善效果。结果观察组总有效率92.73%,高于对照组77.78%,P<0.05;观察组治疗后提高ADL评分的幅度高与对照组,P<0.05。结论采用曲安奈德注射液联合川穹嗪注射液,通过控制炎症,减轻视乳头水肿,增加血管通透性,扩张血管,改善微循环,恢复血供,治疗前部缺血性视神经病变效果确切,能够更为有效的改善患者的视功能,提高生活质量,值得临床的推广及应用。Objective To investigate the effect of triamcinolone acetonide combined with ligustrazine injection on the improvement of visual field and life quality in patients with anterior ischemic optic neuropathy. Methods 109 cases of patients with anterior ischemic optic neuropathy admitted to our hospital from January 2015 to February 2016 were divided into control group （n = 54） and observation group （n = 55） by Random parallel control method. The patients of control group were treated with triamcinolone acetonide while the patients of the observation group added chuanqiongqin injection on the basis of the control group to observe the improved effect of vision and visual field, the life quality of patients in two groups after treatment. Results the total effective rate of the observation group was 92.73% and was 77.78% in control group with P〈0.05; the range of improved ADL score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group after treatment with P〈O.05. Conclusion The adoption of triamcinolone acetonide combined with ligustrazine injection has definite effect in the treatment of anterior ischemic optic neuropathy by controlling inflammation, reducing papilledema, increasing vascular permeability, expanding blood vessels, improving microcirculation, and restoring blood supply. It can effectively improve the patients＇ visual function, and improve the life quality so that it＇ s worthy of clinical promotion and application.
