超声乳化吸除联合人工晶体植入术治疗葡萄膜炎并发性白内障的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的通过回顾性分析超声乳化吸除联合人工晶状体植入术治疗葡萄膜炎并发性白内障的临床资料,探讨其手术的治疗效果,评价其安全性。方法收集2008年1月~2015年12月在盐城市第三人民医院眼科行白内障超声乳化吸除联合人工晶状体植入术治疗的葡萄膜炎并发性白内障患者42例52眼。术后观察并记录最佳矫正视力变化、眼压变化、瞳孔形态、葡萄膜炎反应、黄斑水肿和后囊膜混浊等情况。结果术后随访3个月,大部分患者术后1周、1个月及3个月复查的最佳矫正视力均较术前明显提高(P<0.01);所有患者术中及术后均未出现严重的并发症。结论白内障超声乳化吸除联合人工晶状体植入术是治疗葡萄膜炎并发性白内障的一种安全有效方法。Objetive To investigate the therapeutic effects and the safety of phacoemulsification and intraocular lens(IOL) implantation in patients with uveitis combined with cataract by analyzing the clinical data. Methord Phacoemulsification and IOL implantation was performed on 52 eyes of 42 patients with uveitis combined with cataract from Jan 2008 to Dec 2010 in department of ophthalmology, Yancheng third people's hospital. The results of best corrected visual acuity(BCVA), intraocular pressure(IOP), shape of the pupil, postoperative uveitis, macular edema and posterior capsular opacification(PCO) were analyzed. Result All cases were followed up for 3 months. 1 week,1 month and 3 months after the surgery, the BCVA was improved in most eyes( P < 0.01). No serious complications were found. Conclusions The treatment of uveitis combined with cataract by phacoemulsification and IOL implantation is effective and safe.
