西南片区二级医院初、中级职称护士临床工作任务的调查

摘　　要：目的了解我国西南片区二级医院初、中级职称护士的临床工作任务,以期为制订针对性的干预措施提供参考。方法2014年11月至2015年1月,采用一般资料调查表及护理工作调查问卷对西南片区(四川、重庆、云南、贵州)二级医院的634名初、中级职称的护理人员进行调查。结果 634名护士中,年龄≤30岁者占64.2%,大专学历者占55.5%,本科学历者占30.1%,尚无研究生学历的护理人才;护士工作任务执行频率和重要性呈正相关(r=0.490,P=0.000),执行频率和重要性得分中最高的前3个维度分别是:基础治疗操作,用药护理以及与他人合作;不同职称护士工作任务执行频率和重要性的差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。结论目前西南片区二级医院初、中级职称的护士工作仍以执行医嘱、完成最基础的治疗性工作为主,因此,需进一步加强护士按职上岗及分层使用的管理工作,以提升护理服务品质及护理人力资源使用的有效性。Objective To explore the clinical work task among junior and intermediate nurses in Class II hospitals of southwest China,in order to provide reference for targeted countermeasures.Methods A cross-sectional descriptive research was conducted using a self-developed questionnaire to obtain data from 634 nurses.Results Respondents under 30 years old accounted 64.2 %,advanced diploma level nurses accounted 55.5%,bachelor,s degree nurses accounted 30. 1 %.There was no nurse with master degree and Phi）. A significant positive relationship was found between nurses＇ execution frequency and importance（r=0.490,P=0.000）.The highest mean score of three dimensions were foundation treatment operation, medical care and cooperation with others. There was no statistically significant difference among nurses＇ execution frequency and importance with different job titles （all P;0.05）.Conclusions The results indicate that nurses concern towards doctor＇s orders and the most basic and simplest treatment. We should strengthen the hierarchical management work in Class II hospitals of southwest China to enhance the quality of nursing service and the effectiveness of nursing human resource.
