套筒冠义齿对老年人牙列缺损的修复效果及满意度分析

摘　　要：目的:探究套筒冠覆盖义齿对老年人牙列缺损的修复效果、基牙健康及满意率。方法:采用回顾性分析的方法,将2013年5月-2015年12月在笔者科室接受治疗的51例牙列缺损老年患者的临床资料进行研究分析,所有患者均给予套筒冠覆盖义齿修复治疗,对患者修复前、修复3个月、修复6个月、修复1年后的套筒冠基牙松动度、龈沟出血指数(SBI)、基牙菌斑指数(PLI)、探诊深度(PD)、牙龈指数(GI)及患者的满意率进行综合评价。结果:与修复前相比,患者修复后3个月、6个月、1年后的套筒冠基牙牙齿松动度显著优于修复前(P<0.05),具有显著统计学意义;修复后不同观察时间段患者的SBI、PLI、GI及PD指标明显优于修复前(P<0.05),具有显著统计学意义;且经过套筒冠覆盖义齿修复治疗,患者对美观性、语言功能及咀嚼功能等方面的满意度明显提高(P<0.05),具有显著统计学意义。结论:老年人牙列缺损患者采用套筒冠覆盖义齿治疗,可有效改善患牙松动状况,改善基牙健康状况,促进牙周组织生长,提升患者的语言功能与咀嚼功能,可在临床上推广应用。Objective To explore the effect of telescopic crown overdenture on the restoration of dentition defect, the health and satisfaction rate of abutments. Methods A retrospective analysis was conducted to analyze the clinical data of 51 elderly patients with dentition defect in our hospital from May 2013 to December 2015. All patients were treated with telescopic crown overdenture. （SBI）, plaque index （PLI）, depth of exploratory examination （P〈0.05）, and the difference between the two groups were significant （P〈0.05）, gingival index （GI）, and patient satisfaction rate were evaluated. Results To compare with the pre- repair, the degree of loosening of the crown abutment teeth at 3 months, 6 months and 1 year after repair was significantly better than that before the repair （P〈0.05）, and the difference was statistically significant SBI, PLI, GI and PD were significantly lower than those before repair （P〈0.05）, statistically significant; and after treatment with crown overdenture, the patient＇s aesthetic, language function and chewing Function and other aspects of satisfaction was significantly improved （P〈0.05）, statistically significant. Conclusion The treatment of overdenture in elderly patients with dentition defect can improve the condition of tooth drop, improve the health of abutment teeth, promote the growth of periodontal tissue, enhance the language function and chewing function of patients, and can be used in clinic To a wide range of applications.
