摘　　要：目的:观察调Q激光治疗58例颧部褐青色痣的临床疗效及影响疗效的相关因素。方法:应用调Q激光治疗颧部褐青色痣。结果:36例痊愈,占62.06%;16例显效,占27.58%;6例有效,占10.34%;总有效率为89.65%,治疗期间有17例出现不同程度色素沉着,占29.31%,1例出现点状色素减退,停止治疗半年后自行恢复,未见瘢痕等其它副作用。结论:调Q激光1 064nm治疗颧部褐青色痣,疗效显著,不良反应小,安全、可靠。Objective To observe the therapeutic effect in 58 nevus fuscoceruleus zygomaticus （ NFZ） treated by using the Q-switched laser, and analyze the factors which influence therapertic effect. Methods Nevus fuscoceruleus zygomaticus were treated by Q-switch laser. Results 36 （ 62.06%） were cured,and 16 （27.58%） showed remarkable improvement, 6（10.34%）cases were effective,total effective rate was 89.65%.17（29.31%） cases appeared pigmentation. One cases appeared hypopigmentation, it had been recovery without any treatment but discontinuing treatment after six months.No adverse effect such as scar.Conclusion Q-switching 1064 nm laser appears to be safe,effective and well tolerated in treating nevus fuscoceruleus zygomaticus.
