摘  要:目前,儿科医学影像学专业学位研究生培养主要参考成人影像学专业的培养模式,缺乏儿科专业性,普遍存在学生基础知识薄弱、缺乏完善考核体系、学生创新及科研能力相对薄弱等问题.实践中,通过轮转科室开展多元化的课程设置,强化临床技能和影像学基本功培养;将影像诊断技能和操作及临床实践工作量的评分纳入考核评价制体系;加强影像专业研究生科研能力训练等措施,以培养医学影像学专业高层次应用人才.At present, the training of graduate students majoring in pediatric medical imaging is mainly based on the training mode of adult imaging,which has some problems such as the lack of pediatric specialty, the weakness of students' basic knowledge, the lack of perfect evaluation system, and students' relatively weak ability of innovation and scientific research. To solve above problems, in practice, we carry out the diversified curriculum by clinical department rotation to strengthen the clinical skill training and medical image basic knowledge, put the imaging diagnosis and clinical practice skills and clinical practice workload grading into the evaluation system, and strengthen the training of scientific research ability of medical imaging graduate students , so as to cultivate the high-level applied talents of modern medical imaging.
