摘　　要：界定基于产学研跨组织知识集成的战略性新兴产业创新集群网络的内涵;设计其创新集群网络的结构;提出创新集群网络的发展模式以及演化路径;探究如何依托产学研跨组织知识集成机构发展战略性新兴产业创新集群网络的政策措施,旨在为我国战略性新兴产业创新集群的培育和发展提供借鉴和参考。This paper defines the meaning of strategic emerging industry innovation cluster network based on the cross-organizational knowledge integration, plans the structure of the innovation cluster network, advances the development pattern and evolution path of the innovation cluster network, explores the policy measures of developing the strategic emerging industry innovation cluster network by relying on cross-organizational knowledge integration institutes. This paper can provide references for the cultivation and development of Chinese strategic emerging industry innovation cluster.
