摘  要:研究弹体侵彻问题,建立弹丸侵彻松木靶板的动力学预测模型,表明Hill屈服准则的适用性。针对弹丸侵彻正交各向异性材料过程中平均接触静压难以分辨的问题,建立了基于Hill屈服理论的弹丸侵彻松木靶板的动力学预测模型,利用ABAQUS/Explicit有限元分析软件对弹丸正交三向侵彻松木靶板过程中弹丸速度随时间的变化进行了研究。仿真表明,横纹侵彻时速度下降量较顺纹侵彻时更大,与物理实验结果吻合的较好,较为理想的预测了弹丸侵彻松木靶板的动力学过程。说明Hill屈服准则可以用于弹丸侵彻正交各向异性材料的动力预测模型,用以分辨各向的平均接触静压,为以后多角度研究松木靶板的侵彻问题打下了基础。To study the problem of projectile penetrating, a dynamics prediction model projectile penetrating pine target was established, indicating the applicability of Hill yield criterion. For the indistinguishable problem of static average contact during projectile penetrating orthotropic material, the dynamic forecasting model projectile penetrating pine target based on the theory of Hill's yield was established. ABAQUS/Explicit finite element analysis software was used to simulate the projectile velocity change with time. Simulation results show that, compared with horizontal grain penetration, the rate of descent is greater than the penetration along the grain, and coincide well with physical experi- mental result. It is preferable to predict the dynamics of projectile penetrating pine Target. This proves that Hill yield criterion can be used to predict the dynamic process of projectile penetrating orthotropic material to distinguish the av- erage contact hydrostatic each direction.
