摘　　要：老赖团伙的存在,严重危害了社会诚信体系建设,践踏了中国法律体系,扭曲了货币金融政策传导体系,导致市场失灵。有老赖则无征信。针对目前混乱的市场现状、老赖主要的违法犯罪行为以及影响进行阐述,并向部分职能部门提出相关建议,即积极加入征信建设,联网建立老赖黑名单并共享。The existence of defaulter groups seriously harms the construction of social credit system and legal system, distorts the monetary policy conduction system, and leads to market failure. Credit never stands with defaulters. This paper elaborates the current chaotic market situation, defaulters＇ main criminal acts and corresponding influences, and puts forward such relevant proposals for some departments as actively participating in the credit reporting construction and establishing a shared blacklist networking mechanism against defaulters.
