摘　　要：通过对以"综合"与"智能"为核心的综合交通运输体系建设和发展的分析,以及在提升交通运输系统的技术水平的基础上,讨论综合交通运输国家地方联合工程实验室的建设。综合交通运输国家地方联合工程实验室的建设能够提升综合交通跨地域、跨行业服务管理能力,强化整合行业资源、强化企业技术创新的主体地位,提高西部乃至全国综合交通运输行业的整体自主创新能力,促进交通运输行业可持续发展,从而提升综合交通运输在国民经济发展中的作用。Through the analysis of the construction and development of the comprehensive transportation system based on the comprehensiveness and intelligentization, and on the basis of improvement of technological level in the transportation system, the construction of the national and regional joint engineering laboratory for comprehensive transportation is discussed.The construction of such laboratory can enhance the service management capability of the cross-region and cross-industry for the comprehensive transportation, strengthen the integration of the industrial resources, consolidate the dominant position of enterprise technological innovation, enhance the overall innovative capability of the comprehensive transportation industry in the west of China and the whole country, and promote the sustainable development of the transportation industry so as to enhance the role of the comprehensive transportation in the development of national economy.
