摘　　要：以污水处理站自动控制为研究对象,研究采用PID和比较指令交叉控制。结果表明,酸泵采用PID控制可以对外排水精确把控,比较指令则较为粗糙;输石灰乳泵和石灰乳配比时间采用比较指令控制,使工艺控制过程分段处理,既实现了近线性控制,同时也消除了当反馈信号与给定信号偏差很小的情况下,PID控制易造成石灰乳输送管道的结钙堵塞。Taking the automatic control of sewage treatment station as the object of study, the PID and the comparative instruction cross control are studied. The results show that the acid pump controlled by PID can accurately control the external drainage, more instructions are more rough; lose the lime milk and milk of lime ratio by comparison of instruction control, make process control sections, not only to achieve nearly linear control, but also eliminates the situation when the feedback signal and the given signal deviation is very small under the PID control node is easy to cause calcium lime milk pipeline blockage.
