摘　　要：师德是教师整体素质的核心。加强辅导员的师德建设是实现辅导员队伍专业化客观发展的要求,辅导员师德评价体系建设是辅导员师德建设的重要环节。本文从辅导员师德评价体系与辅导员师德建设之间的关系入手,通过分析当前辅导员师德评价体系建设中存在的问题,进而对建设过程中应坚持的原则和有效路径进行了分析。Teachers＇ ethics is the core of the overall quality of teachers. Enhancing the ethics construction of counselors is a re- quirement of realizing the professional and objective development of counselors, and the construction of an evaluation system for counselors＇ ethics is an important link of counselors＇ ethics con- struetion. This paper analyzes the relationship between the eval- uation system for counselor＇s ethics and the counselors＇ ethics construction, puts forward the problems existing in the construc- tion of the current evaluation system, and then discusses the principles and effective paths that should be persisted in the con- struction process.
