摘　　要：公安院校在法学课程中运用模块设计的方法符合公安司法实践的需求。模块设计方法具有专业针对性、整体性和独立性等特点。公安院校人才培养的特点是以培养警务应用型人才为目标,警务应用型人才需通过行之有效的实践教学方法培养其实战能力,在公安院校法学课程模拟实践进行模块设计具有一定的必要性与可行性。实践教学模块设计应当实体与程序并重,体现学生的主体性并契合公安实战的需要。It meets the needs of the police academies＇ practice that the module design are implemented in law courses. Profes- sional characteristics, integrity and independence should be used in the process of the practice. The characteristics of personnel training in police academies are aimed at cultivating the talents of police application. That needs to cultivate their actual combat a- bility through effective practice teaching methods. The module design of law courses＇ practice teaching has the necessity and feasibility. The design should pay attention to entities and proce- dures, reflect the subjectivity of students and fit the needs of public security.
