上海高校辅导员培训需求的现状调研分析

摘　　要：为真实了解上海高校辅导员培训方面的需求,我们针对上海高校辅导员参加培训的课程设置、培训形式、培训类型等方面进行了调研,进而总结出近年来上海高校辅导员培训的主要需求,提出了目前上海高校辅导员培训在培训需求的定制化、考评方式的灵活性、师资队伍的多样化和培训内容的实用性方面存在的主要问题。In order to learn about the training needs of counselors in Shanghai universities, we have conducted a series of research on the curriculum arrangement, the form and type of counselor training in Shanghai, and then summed up the main training needs of counselors in Shanghai in recent years. We also put for-ward the main problems existing in the customization of training needs, the flexibility of evaluation methods, the diversification of teaching staff and the practicality of training contents.
