摘　　要：本文以湖南师大地理教育实习为例,提出感受教学、模拟观摩、学科软件应用、见习、技能培训考核、教育综合实习和教育反思研习"七段全程贯穿螺旋上升式"教育实习创新改革模式。它实现过程全程化,形式多样化,目标明确化,实施阶段化,结构完善化,更适应基础教育改革和教师资格证考试的需求。Taking the case of geography education practice in Hu＇nan Normal University as an example, the innovation mode of ＂seven stages of the whole process through the spiral rising＂ is presented. The mode includes experience teaching, simulation demonstration, subject software application, education training, skills training and assessment, comprehensive education practice and educational reflection and study. This mode can realize the whole process of education practice, form diversification, make clear objectives, implement education practice based on different stages and improve the structure. It is helpful of adapting to basic education reform and teacher qualification exam requirements.
