摘　　要：分析城市管理学教学方法的影响因素对教学方法的影响作用,提出教学方法优化过程中需要特别注意教学方法的创新和对学生的激励,最后从提高教师学科素养、吸引学生学习兴趣、多种教学方法相结合等方面,提出优化教学方法的对策。This paper analyzes the influencing factors of the teaching methods of urban management. It is necessary to pay special attention to the innovation of the teaching method and the encouragement to the students in the teaching process optimization. Finally, the paper puts forward the countermeasures to optimize the teaching methods from the aspects of improving the teachers＇ academic accomplishment, attracting the students＇ interest in learning, and combining various teaching methods.
