工科学院学生资助育人体系构建研究

摘　　要：高校资助工作要顺应新时期的要求,本文以资助工作为契机,在工科学院开展困难生的教育和引导工作,逐渐从"经济帮扶式"向"资助育人式"转变。在多元化资助体系和构建资助育人体系思路的指导下,从育人队伍、育人平台、教育内容和评价体系四个方面构建了资助育人体系,达到了良好的育人效果,有助于提升困难生的思想道德品质,为各高校资助育人工作提供了参考。Funding work of the university should comply with the requirements of the new era, the work is based onthe funding work to educate and guide the poor students in technical college, gradually from ＂economic support type＂ to＂funded education type＂. Under the diversified funded system and funded education thought, funded education systemwas constructed in the education team, education platform, education content and evaluation system and achieved goodteaching effect, contributed to improve the ideological and moral quality of poor students and provide reference for thefunding education work of the university.
