摘　　要：从高校辅导员职业倦怠的定义和表征入手,分析归纳了辅导员出现职业倦怠的主要原因,提出了实施"五心"工程,化解辅导员队伍职业倦怠的有效对策。This article starts from the definition and characterization of occupation burnout for college counselors, ana- lyzing and concluding five main reasons why counselors appear to be tired, also proposing the implementation of the ＂Five heart ＂project, which can work as effective countermeasures to resolve the problem of College counselor＇s occupation burnout.
