摘　　要：随着高等教育改革的不断深化和收费制度改革的全面实施,高校的招生规模日趋增大,高校贫困生的比例也逐年上升,贫困生就业和创业问题受到多方关注。高校贫困生创业是一项系统性的综合工程,从波特"五力模型"的角度分析高校贫困生创业过程中所面临的五种制约因素,探寻政府、社会、高校和学生等多方共同努力的策略,有助于促进高校贫困生自强自立、全面发展,从而提高创业的成功几率。With the reform in senior education being furthered and the reform of charging system being fully conducted, universities are increasing enrollment scale, which has caused the proportion of poor students to increase. In the meanwhile, the students are focused on by various walks in the society in terms of employment and entrepreneurship. Poor college students＇ entrepreneurship is a systematic and comprehensive project. During the course, we should analyze the five elements restricting entrepreneurship with the view of Potter＇s＂Fiveforce-mode＂and explore strategies based on combined effort from government, society, universities, students, and so on, which is helpful to encourage poor students＇ independence and over-all development, so as to promote their entrepreneurship.
