摘 要:目的探讨脑组织大切片的制作在神经病理诊断中的作用。方法收集癫痫病灶切除标本50例进行脑组织大切片制作,并行HE染色、特殊染色及免疫组化染色,进行大切片制片质量及染色质量评价。结果 50例脑组织大切片切片质量与染色质量与常规切片相同,但大切片可观察脑组织的全貌,确定病灶的大小及范围,观察病变组织与周围组织之间的移行与过渡;脑组织大切片特殊染色以及免疫组织化学染色可以显示病变特点,并可与周围组织染色相对比,对于疾病的诊断具有更好的效果。结论脑组织大切片制作可以提升神经病理切片质量,有助于病理医生对病变全貌的观察以提高诊断水平,能为病理诊断、科学研究提供更为全面客观的帮助。Objective To investigate the role of large section of brain tissue in neuropathology diagnosis. Methods A total of 50 brain specimens with epilepsy were collected. Large sections of brain tissue were made, followed by HE staining, special staining and immunohistochemical staining. Then the quality of the large sections and staining were evaluated. Results The large sections of brain tissue could determine the whole size and scope of lesions, including the transition shift between the lesions and its surrounding tissues. Special staining and immunohistochemical staining could also be performed on the large section, which clearly showed the pathological characteristics and compared with the surrounding tissue to make the diagnosis. Conclusion Large section of brain tissue can enhance the quality of neuropathological slides, improve the diagnostic level of neuropathologists and provide a more comprehensive and obiective help for the development of neuropathology.
