外向型经济发展背景下地方高校外语人才培养研究

摘　　要：随着我国改革开放的不断深化,对外交往活动日益频繁,我国外向型经济的特征愈发彰显,这也给地方高校外语人才的培养提出了新的要求。如何在外向型经济发展的时代背景下,培养出满足地方经济发展需求的外语人才,成为当下各地方高校所面临的重要课题。本文以外向型经济发展的人才需求为参考,对当前我国地方高校外语人才培养现状进行了考察,发现当前我国地方高校外语人才培养存在课程结构单一、教学内容陈旧,教师素质与外向型经济契合度不高,教学模式单一、教学设施不完善,教学重心偏离、忽视应用型人才培养等问题。笔者针对这些问题提出一些完善措施,以期推动我国地方高校外语人才培养水平的提升,从而为我国外向型经济发展提供强有力的外语人才支持。The deepening of reform and opening - up in China lead to increasing outward communication and economic activi- ties, which brings new requirements for local colleges and universities in the cultivation of foreign langnage talents. How to cul- tivate qualified foreign talents to meet the demand of local economic development today has become a significant researching topic for them. This article, based on the specifications of talents needed for developing export - oriented economy, analyzes the current situation of cultivating foreign language talents in local colleges and universities in China, and discovers that single curriculum structure and teaching models, outdated teaching contents, low matching of the teaeher~ quality to export - oriented economy, imperfect teaching facilities, deviation of teaching focus and ignorance of cultivating applied talents are the major problems existing in the cultivation of foreign language talents in local colleges and universities. Therefore, this paper puts for- ward some countermeasures to improve the cultivation quality of foreign language talents in local colleges and universities, so as to provide strong support of foreign language talents for China in its export - oriented economy development.
