西部民族地区文化传统与经济发展关系研究

摘　　要：西部民族地区独特的自然地理环境和要素禀赋形成了其独特的生产生活方式以及与此相适应的民族文化传统。作为制度的一部分,文化传统在经济发展过程中发挥着重要作用,由民族地区游牧或山地农业生产生活方式所决定的民族文化传统与现代市场经济存在内在的矛盾与冲突。发展民族特色经济、植入产权意识、培育少数民族现代经济法制理念等是促进民族地区经济发展的重要手段。The unique natural and geographical environment and factors endowment in the western minority areas have formed their unique production and life style as well as the national cultural tradition. As a part of the sys- tem, cultural tradition plays an important role in the process of economic development. There exist inherent con- tradictions and conflicts between modern styles of nomadic or mountainous velopment in minority areas to d farming market economy and cultural tradition brought by the different life- in ethnic areas. It is an important means to promote the economic de- evelop the economy with the national characteristics, to implant the property right consciousness and to cultivate the modern economic legal system of the minority nationalities.
