摘　　要：目的探讨临床上Paget病在偏振光皮肤镜(polarized light dermoscopy,PD)与反射式共聚焦激光扫描显微镜(reflectance confocal miscroscopy,RCM)下的特征。方法选取2015年1月至2016年12月于空军总医院皮肤病医院就诊的16例Paget病患者,其中男12例,女4例;平均发病年龄56岁,平均病程2~3年。对其Paget病的PD与RCM检查结果及病理资料进行回顾性分析。结果 Paget病在PD下均出现不规则分布的色素沉着,不规则血管;RCM下显示角质形成细胞之间出现Paget细胞;组织病理均具有典型的Paget细胞。所有患者均未并发其他肿瘤。结论本文利用PD和RCM影像技术对Paget病患者皮损的特征进行归纳和分析,为临床诊断Paget病提供可靠线索。Objective To investigate the clinical characteristics of Paget＇s disease in polarized light dermoscopy（PD） and reflectance confocal miscroscopy（RCM）. Methods 16 patients with Paget＇s disease were selected from January 2015 to December 2016 in the General Hospital of the Air Force PLA Dermatology Hospital,including male and female,with an average age of 56 years（range of years） and an average age of 2 ~ 3 years. The PD and RCM findings and pathological data of Paget＇s disease were analyzed retrospectively. Result Under the condition of Paget,Paget showed irregular distribution ofpigmentation and irregular blood vessels,and RCM cells were found in PD cells,which showed typical Paget cells. All patients were not complicated with other tumors. Conclusions In this paper,PD and RCM imaging techniques were used to summarize and analyze the characteristics of skin lesions in patients with Paget＇s disease,and to provide reliable clues for the clinical diagnosis of Paget＇s disease.
