构建人本理念视角下医学院校学生处分解除制度的思考

摘  要:学生处分解除制度是指处分相对方在一定期限内、具备一定条件时,学校将对其做出的处分予以解除,以鼓励其成长成才的管理制度。该制度的构建具有教育、法理、管理的多重依据,但在实施过程中也存在概念不明确、条件不具体、程序不完善的问题。本文从以人本理念为视角,以天津医科大学为例,对学生处分解除制度构建的原则、程序和配套制度等方面进行探讨,以突显教育和管理的人文关怀。Punishment rescind rules refers to the management system that students can release their punishment if they are qualified within the time limit. It can encourage students to correct their mis- takes. The construction of the system has multiple basis of education, law and management. But it also ex- ist the problems of obscure concepts, unspecific conditions and incomplete application conditions. This pa- per thinks deeply of the constructive principle application and the supporting system of punishment rescind rules in the perspective of humanistic ideas that standing in the point of the university which the author membered of. This thought in order to highlight humanistic care of education and management.
