摘  要:目的探讨当代医学生自我管理现状及其影响自我管理能力因素的相关性,为医学生自我管理能力的培养提供参考。方法选取某医科大学2014级临床医学专业、麻醉医学专业、医学检验专业、精神医学专业287名学生为研究对象,针对性别、专业、生源地、职务、家庭结构之间的不同,比较医学生自我管理能力,采用t检验和单因素方差分析。自我管理能力影响因素采用Likert5点量表计分法分析。结果不同生源地、家庭结构和担任职务的医学生自我管理能力的得分差异具有统计学意义(P〈0.05),在影响自我管理的6个维度中,其得分均值从高到低依次为知识管理、人际关系管理、时间管理、身心健康管理、网络生活管理、职业生涯管理。自我管理能力欠缺的主要因素是个体的内部因素。结论医学生个体差异与内因影响医学生自我管理能力水平,医学生在自我管理能力方面总体水平比较高。在高等医学教育活动中,应当重视医学生自我管理能力的培养,提高医学生的自我管理质量。Objective To discuss the status and the relationship of affecting factors of students' self-management ability for providing the reference for cultivation of students' self-management ability. Methods 287 students from clinical medicine, anaesthesia, medical diagnostics, and psychiatry were se- lected as the researeh objects from a medical university. The comparison of students' self-management a- bility from different areas, family, post and family structure were analyzed with T test and single variance analysis. The affecting factors of students' self-management were analyzed with Liker 5 scale. Results The personal self-management ability scores from different areas, family and post had statistically signifi- cance differences. Among the 6 factors affecting the students' self-management ability, the average from high to low was the managements of knowledge, interpersonal relationship, time, physical and mental health, network and career. The main reason of lack of self-management ability decided the personal inter- nal factors. Conclusions The medical students' personality differences and internal factors affect self- management ability level. Medical students' self-management ability level is high in general. It should be paid attention to emphasize the education of self-management ability for improving self-management quality.
