摘  要:目的评价2015年上海市千名教师心肺复苏培训项目的实施效果,探讨非医务人员作为“第一目击者”急救的社会培训方式。方法2015年,对上海市各区县953名教师进行心肺复苏技能的培训。采取自行设计的问卷和理论技能评分表,对受训学员的认知现状、知识和技能结果进行分析。结果学员培训通过率为99.1%;是否听说过CPR及BLS和接受过培训对于学员心肺复苏的认知差异明显,具有统计学意义(P〈0.05);培训前后学员对心肺复苏知识和技能的认知差异,具有统计学意义(P〈0.01);学员对此次培训总体满意度较高。结论教师对心肺复苏培训的需求程度较高、掌握程度较好,应当提倡培养以教师为主的导师团队;采用标准化的交互式教学能够充分发挥学员的自主能动性;政府需要进一步加大对心肺复苏培训的宣传和投入力度,完善公众急救培训体系和法律法规保障,从而强化公众的急救意识和能力。Objective To evaluate the effect of CPR training in 2015 for thousands of teachers in Shanghai, to explore the social training way for non-medical staff as "first witness". Methods 953 teachers in Shanghai in 2015 participated in the CPR training program. Adopted the self-designed ques- tionnaires and assessments, analyzed the results of the cognitive status, knowledge and skills. Results The training pass rate was 99. 1% , the difference in cognition was significant between ever heard of CPR/ BLS and accepted the training ( P 〈 0.05 ) , as well as the outcome of before and after the training ( P 〈 0.01 ), and the overall satisfaction was high. Conclusions The teachers' intension for CPR training and the learning outcome were good, teachers should be trained as main instructors; the standardized interac- tive teaching method could give full play to learners' subjective initiative; the government should enhance propagate and investment for CPR training, perfect the public training system and security laws, so as to increase the public' s awareness and capacities of CPR.
