摘　　要：针对学生自主学习和教师主导的教学需求，承德医学院构建了网络在线适应性教学资源管理系统软件平台。学生运用该系统可以独立自主地进行有效学习，并向教师及同伴寻求帮助，创建共享网络学习资源及空间，使学生积极参与、协作、互动、交流学习。教师利用该系统可以随时修改教学资源，并随时将网络学习资源共享给学生，使学生根据自己的学习情况随时和教师建立学习、互动通道，获取网络学习资源，进行适应性学习。实践证明，运用本系统可以提高学生的学习效率，增强教学效果。According to the teaching needs of students＇ autonomous learning and teachers-lead- ing, it is to construct the network online adaptive teaching resource management system software platform. With the system students using the system can stand on one＇ s own learning efficiently, and to seek help from teachers and peers, to create a shared network learning resources and space, making students to ac- tively participating, collaborating, interacting and exchange of learning. With the system teachers can re- vise the teaching resources, and to keep the network learning resource sharing to students at any time, make students to establish learning with their teacher, interactive channels, access to the network learning resources, and make an adaptive learning according to their own learning. Accordingly, system function and roles are designed. It makes students＇ study and teachers＇ teaching effectively.
