摘 要:为探究微生物和植物在受损入海河口附近重金属污染的盐碱滩涂湿地上的生态修复效果,选择适合于该类型区域的生态修复方法,通过极端微生物——耐辐射奇球菌、盐生翅碱蓬及其组合处理等方式在受损滩涂湿地进行修复作用研究,分析不同处理对滨海湿地的修复效果。结果表明,上述处理均能部分改良试验区域土壤的物理、化学、生物学性质;添加耐辐射奇球菌后,土壤微生物数量显著增加、重金属Cd(II)含量降幅达25.24%、有效磷含量增加12.75%、有机质含量增加13.1%、水溶性盐含量降低3.37%;耐辐射奇球菌处理在增加土壤有效磷、有机质和微生物数量,降低Cd(II)和水溶性盐含量等指标方面优于其它处理,表现出更为明显的修复效果。本研究结果为利用极端微生物进行受损湿地生态修复提供了理论依据和实践参考。In order to investigate ecological restoration effects of microorganisms and plants in heavy metal-damaged wetlands in the vicinity of estuaries and find a technique suitable to restore the area,the extreme bacterium Deinococcus radiodurans and Suaeda salsa were independently and combinationally used to determine their remediation effects on the wetlands. The results showed that all the treatments could improve physical,chemical and biological properties of the wetlands in the tested area to some extent. Following the treatment of D. radiodurans,the microbial content was significantly increased with concentration of Cd( II) reduced by 25. 24%,the available phosphorus increased by12. 75%,the organic matter increased up to 13. 1% and water soluble salts reduced by 3. 37%. The treatment by D.radiodurans demonstrated better effects on the properties of soil including the available phosphorus,organic matter,microbial content,Cd(Ⅱ) concentration and water soluble salts compared with the other treatments. These results provided a theoretical basis and practical resources for the technology to restore coastal wetland using the extreme microbes.
