摘　　要：新闻翻译作为翻译领域的一个分支,虽然在某种程度上受传统翻译理论的影响和制约,但同时又是对传统翻译理论的补充。然而,很多译者没能有效地处理好源语和的语之间的关系,即在翻译过程中对策略和方法的使用既有过之也有不及,从而造成原文价值的失真。事实上,做好新闻翻译不仅要遵循传统翻译的理论指导,还要兼顾各方参与者的利益,把握诸要素之间的相互关联。在德国功能派翻译理论为新闻翻译工作提供了理论支持和实践指导的前提下,译者在应把控好翻译的自由度,使译文呈现出最佳形式。news translation is a branch of translation field, although it is influenced and constrained by the traditional translation theory to some extent, but at the same time it is a supplement for traditional translation theory. However, many translators have not been able to deal effectively with the relationship between the source language and the target language, that is, the use of strategies and methods in the process of translation has two blades, resulting in distortion of the original value. In fact, good news translation shall not only follow the theoretical guidance of traditional translation but also take the interests of all participants into account to grasp the interrelations between the elements. Under the premise that the German functionalist translation theory provides theoretical support and practical guidance for the news translation work, the translator should control the degree of freedom for translation to make an optimum translation.
