摘 要:研究肿瘤的易感性对理解认识肿瘤发生发展及诊断治疗都有重要意义,遗传危险因素与环境危险因素的相互作用决定了人体部分器官癌症的易感性。研究表明吸烟与肿瘤的发生发展密切相关。本文综述了基因多态性和吸烟协同促癌作用和机制,吸烟通过激活自噬等信号通路促进癌症发生、侵袭和转移及与癌症预后相关性的研究进展。In this paper, the synergistic effect of individual gene polymorphism and cigarette smoking, and the process of tumorogenesis promoted by smoking through activated autophagy pathway and signaling pathway are briefly introduced. This paper analyzes the mechanism of increased tumorogenesis, invasion and metastasis relative to cigarette smoking concurrently, and recognizes cigarette smoking as a factor that can be used to judge the prognosis of cancer. Exploring the susceptibility of tumor is significant to understand tumorigenesis, development, diagnosis and treatment of tumors. The susceptibility of human organs to cancers is determined by the interaction between genetic risk factors and environmental risk factors, which include cigarette smoking, alcohol consumption and carcinogen exposure. Cigarette smoking can increase the failure rate of treatment and decrease the survival rate in cancer patients. The aim of this article is to review the progress of studies on the occurrence, development and prognosis of tumors correlative with gene-polymorphisms and cigarette smoking systematically.
